How Do I Get a contract line? Only obtainable upon completion of a service application form obtainable from all Zellco Outlets nationwide or downloadable from our website. The requirements are: - Individuals - Current copy of ID, Current proof of residence(water bill, electricity bill etc in the customer's name), current proof of income-payslip or three months bank statement, copy of guarantor's national ID card, and the guarantor's proof of residence.
- Companies - Copies of Certificate of incorporation, form CR14, and Company's three months bank statement, copies of directors national ID cards.
- The Fully completed service application form together with the above attachments is then lodged with us for credit checks.
- Internal checks and approval process takes about 48hours after submission of the application form.
The Business/Corporate Plan
This package is specifically designed for high usage corporate and individual customers. Though the subscription fee is marginally higher than the Flexi Plan package, Business Plan subscribers enjoy a much lower tariff charge per minute for all calls and services. Flexi Plan

This package affords the flexibility of two numbers on one sim card- maybe one for business calls and the other for one's private life. Depending on the time of day, on business or on leave, the customer can conveniently choose to open up any of the two numbers. The tariff charges for all calls save for subscription fees are lower than all the other Net One tariff plans. Vehicle Tracking/Security Systems
This package is based on Short Message Service (sms)and is currently on offer through sub dealers Track IT (Pvt) Ltd, TNS Mobile, and Saintcor. The SMS only card is affixed to a special gadget within the vehicle/or residential or industrial premise, thus making it possible for tracking/monitoring the vehicle/premises. A flat, subscription fee is chargeable each month for this service whilst our customers attain peace of mind with respect to the security of their vehicles/properties.
Biltrek
This is a product that helps customers manage their airtime usage. The customer specifies the bill limit he is prepared to pay on a monthly basis. Zellco will make sure the bill does not exceed the limit by advising the client periodically on his usage. After limit has been reached outgoing calls will be stopped, however the clients continues to receive in coming calls and other communications
