Background
 

Zellco Cellular is a communications company that operates predominantly as a manager of post-paid airtime on behalf of the largest GSM operator (geographical coverage) in Zimbabwe; Net- One. Zellco Cellular has also established footprints in the Pre-paid airtime and handsets markets. Zellco Cellular was established in 1996 having been awarded the service provider contract by Net-One. This was after an intensive study and evaluations of the then rapidly expanding South African Cellular industry along which the Zimbabwean mobile sector was eventually modeled. The competencies acquired through this intense preparatory work not only ensured phenomenal organizational growth but ongoing customer satisfaction over the years. Due to its strong technical background, Zellco Cellular is in a position to be the forerunner in mobile telecommunications packages, solutions and services, and is always responsive and in conformity to the demands of the mobile market.

Our Contract packages are designed to meet the divergent and diverse customer/segment requirements throughout Zimbabwe. Backed by a whole menu of value added services (e.g. Short Message Service, Voicemail, Call Line Identification, Conference Calling, Fax and Data Services, One Info etc), superior network coverage and unmatched customer service standards, the Zellco Contract lines are probably the most preferred packages on the market to date. In line with our adopted one stop shop thrust, we also supply related mobile telecommunications equipment (Mobile Handsets, Accessories, Recharge cards) and Fixed Wireless Terminals with the related solutions for both individual and corporate customers.
