Ownership and Corporate Management
Zellco Cellular is owned sixty percent by Farpin Investments and other investors account for the balance of forty percent. The Chairman : Mr Big Chitima 
Mr Terence N Masona:
 Mr Masona is the Technical and Business Development Director of the company. His main responsibilities are in the Information and Technology area where he oversees and guarantees that the company systems are running. He holds an Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree from a U.K. College.
His work career started as a Design Engineer in Avionics Test Equipment for G.E.C Marconi. He later joined G.E.C Zimbabwe as Projects Manager. In the 1980's he was responsible for upgrading the Zesa Private Telephone Network countrywide, and the installation of an electronics railways signal system for Botswana railways. Mr Masona has attended several Business Administration courses both in and outside Zimbabwe. Mr J Sekeso:  Mr John Sekeso is the Marketing and Operations Director of Zellco Cellular. His main responsibilities are in sales, marketing, customer satisfaction and identifying market opportunities. Customer service has become an increasingly important factor for both competitive advantage and customer retention.
His work career started as a Marketing Executive, rising to the position of Marketing Director with Allan Wack and Shepard and then Star Freight Express. Mr. Sekeso holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from a UK College and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Zimbabwe
